In the childcare space, we will take care of your child and provide personal care such as toileting and playtime with your child. Breastfeeding and meals are also available upon request. Please refer to the following guidelines when using this service.

| How to use the service | (1) Make a reservation at least one day in advance. (1) Make a reservation at least one day in advance (advance reservation) Please make a reservation at the window or by phone at least one day prior to the day you wish to use the service. Reservations can be made at the counter or by phone from the 15th of each month until the end of the following month. Reservations are accepted from 9:00 to 20:00 (except for holidays). *Reservations can be made for up to 8 hours per month per child (these hours will not be refunded even if you pick up your child early) *Up to 2 hours can be reserved per hour at a time. (2) Same-day use without a reservation (same-day use) Please apply at the counter or by phone on the day you wish to use the room. If the room is full, it will not be available.(Capacity of 10 persons) *No limit on the number of times you can use the room. *If you wish to use the service from 9:00 a.m. on the day you wish to use the service, please come directly to the counter on the day (telephone service is available from 9:00 a.m.). |
| On the day of childcare | Please present your registration card at the Chibi Plaza reception desk. Childcare will be available from 5 minutes prior to the start time. If you accept your child after the starting time, you will not be able to extend the service time. Only the registered parent/guardian (the child’s parent/guardian) can pick up the child. If someone other than the registered guardian comes to pick up the child, prior notification is required. If no notification is received, the child will not be handed over until the registered parent/guardian can confirm that the child has been picked up. |

| Other Notes | Please note that the maximum duration of the program is 2 hours, so please make sure your child has finished changing diapers and using the restroom before leaving your child with us. We will ask you about your child’s condition when we pick up your child on the day. Please take your child’s temperature at home. If your child’s temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, we will not be able to accept your child. We will not be able to accept your child if his/her temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. The same applies in the case of advance reservations. Please understand this in advance. If your child is more than 5 minutes late for pick-up, you will be notified by the ICHIHARA Children’s Miraikan. Please make sure to pick up your child within the reserved time. Please inform us as soon as you know the time will be over. If you do not abide by the rules of use, including the use of the facilities, we may refuse to allow you to use the facility.
